25th. February, 1915.

In continuation of my Secret Despatch of the

11th. February, 1915, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed

paraphrases and translations of cypher and code telegrams exchang-

-ed with you on the subject of the Anglo-German War.

2.

The instructions conveyed in your telegram of

the 10th. February have been communicated to the Prize Court

Officers. The cargo on the detained vessel "Rajaburi" was released

and that on prize ships awaiting adjudication has been warehoused

and insured, and the Prize Court Officers have been instructed to

value their cargo and effect the cancellation of the insurance

policies. A report will be sent to you at an early date.

3.

I shall address you in a separate Despatch

regarding the action taken on your code telegram of the 11th.

February on the subject of the exportation of absolute and

conditional contraband.
